Before you start
- Create a free account or sign in
- Official business email on your school domain (not Gmail/Yahoo)
- Website and Google Business Profile links
- Logo + at least one gallery photo (max 200 KB each)
- At least one social media link (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Year established, admissions email, and academic details
- Complete all mandatory fields to go live instantly with verified badge
- One listing per institution — each school/university can only be listed once (by website & Google Business Profile)
- Search your address or use Use my location — city, state & postal code auto-fill
- Education categories only: school, university, institute, training centre, boarding, preschool
- Keep verified blue tick by updating your listing every 60 days — email reminder 7 days before expiry

Anyone can create a free account with Gmail or Google to write reviews. To list a school, you must sign up with your official business email on your institution's domain (not Gmail/Yahoo/Outlook).
